Paul Wilks is a Licensed Conveyancer specialising in providing property and probate advice. Paul is regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers to provide conveyancing and probate services pursuant to Section 15 of the Administration of Justice Act 1985 (as amended by the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990).
Paul is also a Commissioner for Oaths and a member of Solicitors for the Elderly
Paul opened his solicitor's practice in Wootton Bridge in 1982 with his late father Ron Wilks then two years later moved the business to Garfield Road in Ryde. Paul changed his qualification from that of a solicitor to a licensed conveyancer ceasing to be a solicitor in 2010 and becoming a licensed conveyancer in 2011.
Paul has always endeavoured to provide a range of services in a personal and practical manner where you are kept fully aware of the initial cost before commiting yourself. We are also well aware that you need to understand what is involved at all stages of your instructions without legal jargon.
The separate practice of A.P.Wilks & Co provides a Will drafting service which is not regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers.
